Although in most cases US employers look to IC for assistance in processing potential workers, in other cases Romanian citizens have found US jobs and come to IC for assistance. In either case, a Romanian citizen needs the appropriate visa to travel to the US. Although a Romanian citizen may be selected and eligible for a certain program in the US, the opportunity will be available only if the person can reach the US to access it.
